Shout Out: 34 Individuals who Attended a Three Day Local Unit Director Basics Workshop

Recently 34 individuals attended a three day Local Unit Director Basics workshop. Those in attendance included agents who have assumed the director responsibility within the past two years as well as those who wanted a refresher on this local leadership responsibility.
The group engaged in conversations about strengthening their office team, building leadership in their board, enhancing local programming, identifying KSRE resources for local administrative responsibilities, and developing and managing budgets in addition to other topics.
Several local unit directors - Brian Rees, Clint Bain, Nozella Brown, Marty Gleason, Aliesa Woods, Amanda Marney, and Jennifer Wilson - served on panels sharing their leadership experiences.
We salute the 34 individuals who dedicated three days to increasing their skills as well as the panel members for their support.
