PEARS: Auto Calculate Feature Helps Save Time
If you haven’t used the auto calculate button in the quarterly effort report, now is the time to try it out! The auto calculate button automatically calculates your direct educational contacts for the quarter based on the information you reported in Program Activities and Direct Contacts.
Reminder: agents and specialists are required to complete a PEARS Program Activity report anytime they present a program to a group. Completing a monthly direct contacts report is optional, but several agents have made the choice to use that module to report their individual consultations through phone, email and in-person visits.
Before creating a Quarterly Effort report, make sure to complete the Program Activities reports for the quarter. After providing the general information for the quarterly effort report, you’ll find the auto calculate button on the “Efforts and Contacts” page.
